    The school is open all year round. It is closed only for the 2 last weeks of the year.

    weeks is the average length of a stay at the Centre International d'Antibes. The minimum stay is 2 weeks (one week under certain conditions), and the longest possible stay is 1 year.

    17 classrooms welcome students at the 'Château' school, which also has a library and an internet/cyberspace room.
    7 classrooms at the 'Port' school bring the total capacity to 24 classrooms. During July, 17 classrooms from the Mont Saint Jean school are also available, bringing total capacity to 41 classrooms.

    The 6 CECR levels of the European Council are comparable to the group levels present at our French language school. However at school, the number of levels generally go up to 9, from the level of the complete beginner up to an advanced level.

    The majority of our students are aged below 50. However, we also extend a warm welcome to students of above this age. Their active and friendly participation proves each day that one can take pleasure out of learning at any age. Infact, the Dean of our DELF candidates took (and successfully passed!) his 2nd degree at the age of 85, just for the pleasure of learning.

    90%+ of students who have taken part in an exam preparation program have passed their exams (DELF, 'Alliance Française') the past 5 years. 90 is also the number of beds we have at the disposal of the adult students in our residences 'Garret' and 'Lou Mas' (both high standard) and 'Castel Arabel' (medium standard). This is in addition to a further 30 beds in our other high standard residence, 'Couleur soleil'.

    120 meals are served in the school restaurant per day. Meals are prepared in the school's kitchens, by our own Chef.

    To meet the expectations of every student and to provide a complete range of accommodation on the Côte d'Azur, the Centre International d'Antibes also offers accommodation with carefully selected host families in Antibes (150 beds). This allows students to become completely immersed in French life and our French culture.

    Since its creation in 1985, the Centre International d'Antibes has forged a reputation for quality. Today, it is undisputedly one of France's major centres for learning, specialising in the teaching of the French language to foreign students.

    Centre International d'Antibes
    participated in the European Year of Languages launched by the European Council, by adopting the European Passport of Languages and the 6 levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) of the Common European Framework for Language Learning (Cadre Européen Commun de référence - CECR).

    5000 students subscribe each year to one of our programs. These include:
    • Adults, mainly on our standard or intensive French courses
